62599 PDA Sales Data program

I am looking for a programme that I can install onto windows mobile 2005 pda to manage my vending machine round. I have ticked as Visual Basic as it look the likely option based on the scriptlance definitions of each programming option but I have no knowledge of programming so if you know a better way of programming this please suggest it. Basically I want a program that I open up and it gives me a list of locations from which I can tap on a location and it brings me up a list of machines in that location. I then want to be able to tap on that machine and input the amount of cash emptied from that machine then go back to the list of machines and select each one in turn once Ive emptied each machine I want to be able to given a total sales figure, the amount owed to location for rent based on the percentage agreed (which will vary per machine) and a net takings figure per location. At the end of the day I want to be able input the total mileage travelled and have it show me a report that shows the total takings, total paid to the locations and the total net takings for the day. When I get home I want to be able connect my pda to my windows xp pc and have it transfer the data either to an excel spread sheet on my pc (or some other database type programme) or have the data transferred to a mysql data base on my windows based hosting via the pc's broadband connection and a web page created I can then log into to view the stats etc . Another option is for you to create a program that I can install on to my pc that will collect the information from the pda once its Whichever option is used to transfer the data I will need to be able to view / print off various reports to use for accounting purposes.
