Currently we track hours in harvest, manage work in jira and airtable, and chat in slack. Our need is to hire someone to
-Review the tickets, make sure they have estimates
-Review time cards and make sure the time is accounted for... is it related to a ticket, is it on the right client, did they not put time in harvest but billed in on upwork
-Review slack chats to make sure the conversation is related to a ticket. If not then make a ticket and link to the slack chat.
If we can build trust we might let you make tickets in real time based on incoming emails and work with our managers.
We need someone smart. Good at figuring things out (multiple places for things to be wrong), good at excel for calculating and finding missing time, can quickly read conversations to see if it aligns to tasks, as needed you will budget staff to update their time cards. Gotta be nice, direct, funny, able to motivate. Perfect English not needed but you have to be able to chat quickly in written/slack
Looking for long term. Probably the first couple weeks we want full time, we might be able to reduce time after you have the hang of things. But if we build trust you might be able to take on more responsibility.
