DV 60i Video De-interlaced

I have a digitized batch of DV 60i footage - shot on a Canon XL2 which I need de-interlaced at the best possible quality with minimal loss. This footage was filmed in 2010 for a DVD, I will need segments of it de-interlaced for a good-quality web demo video.
I will need to confer with you as to the best method to deliver the footage. Currently I have this batch of footage stored as .avi, which was imported into my NLE directly from the camera via Firewire. I can segment the video and render each portion as uncompressed as per your suggestions to reduce the overall length needed to be de-interlaced significantly. The clips I wish to use are scattered amongst a few hours of video and I'd prefer you not to unnecessarily de-interlace superfluous footage. I estimate the useable footage I'll need to extrapolate should not exceed 10 minutes in total duration; as the we demo video will be 2-3 minutes in total, I suspect it should come in well under that.
I have been unsuccessful in using an Avisynth plug-in to accomplish this task and my NLE's de-interlacing options are useless. Rather than wasting time on scripting and plug-ins, I'd rather accomplish other tasks and have an expert handle this for me.
I suspect this job may be a hardware-based proposition or for someone who is an expert in this area and can deliver quality results.
This should be an easy, straight-forward project for the right individual; the footage itself was filmed in a cyclorama studio and is of reasonable quality from the original .avi files.
I'd like to work with someone who is willing to provide a brief sample of the footage de-interlaced for me before we commit to an agreement. I will of course pay a nominal fee for your time.
