UX re-design work for SaaS Video Conference product

We are building a cool new video conferencing product with great new features and we wish to revamp the UX. We are looking for a talented UX designer who can do the following:
1. Use the product and determine current user experience. You will get free testing account.
2. Develop 3 options for a fresh new user interface for desktop and mobile responsive screens based on ease of use
3. Present the user interface options to us to decide
4. Then deliver the screens with CSS and JS code of the selected design for integration by ourselves of the new UX. Option to have you implement the new UX.
MUST HAVE UX/UI DESIGN REFERENCES FOR SAAS - if not, please dont bid.
