We have a three minute Mandarin-Chinese audio file that needs to be transcribed into Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and then translated into English.
In this kind of format, for example:
Tom: 真的? 要是真是你的電話你怎可能把密碼也忘記了? 你給我再試一次

Tom: Seriously? How could you forget the passcode if that’s your phone? Try again.
English translation should be as word-for-word and accurate as possible; do not to try summarize or generalize the meaning.
I have attached a sample audio file (taken from the full audio file) to this job posting. Make sure you can understand the speakers before bidding.
This is one a time job, but there is potential for future cooperation. We have several dozen videos that need to be transcribed and translated as well in the near future.
