Developing racing game

Heaven2Eleven is new independent game development studio, headquartered in USA with branch office in Europe, primarily focused on developing racing game for multiple platforms.

We’re looking for highly skilled Senior 3D Artist to join our team of developers, graphic artists and testers. The Senior 3D Artist is responsible to create 3D game assets. The job applicant must have excellent organization and communication skills and be familiar with risk assessment and planning. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and continuously seeks to improve their skills and abilities with regards to 3D asset creation.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate has a strong understands how to construct assets in use with PBR materials, has exceptionally strong hard surface modeling skills, and has a passion for art. They understand all phases of environment creation from block out through lighting; works well with others, and well disciplines in a collaborative team process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience in game industry (AAA or AA games);

• Previous experience creating high quality environments or vehicles for AAA games;

• Should have worked at least 2 Game titles;

• Must have at least 1 Year experience with Unity;

• A very positive professional attitude with all team members;

• Thorough knowledge of the game development proces;

• Strong working knowledge of 3DS Max, Maya, Softimage, Photoshop, Zbrush;

• Experience with PRB materials, as well as experience in using editors to lay out environments;

• Experience creating environments or vehicles using modular systems;

• An understanding of effective asset creation and optimization;

• Excellent sense of form, mass and volume;

• Passion for pushing the state of the art in asset fidelity and production techniques;

• Good Mentoring ability to Junior Artists;

• Must have a great communication skill;

• Passion, energy and enthusiasm.
