Need a simple building for a game. No textures just the model.

Hi I'm looking for not one, but a few modelers to work on some buildings for a game. Keep in mind there is no texturing required, just the plain the model and you are done. I prefer someone who works in Maya, but 3ds Max is fine too.
The buildings don't need to be super realistic, we just need something that looks nice and fits with the character. References will be provided for roughly what each building should look like however you will creative freedom to make changes. The price quoted is for 1 building, however we have many to model which will guaranteed you work for the next few months if you do well :) Say "Ice-cream" in your description so I know you actually read my project. Good communication is also a must!
