Dynamic Sales Coordinator for a Training Company

Looking for a office coordinator who is smart, dynamic and gets things done. We are a training company and organise workshops and events.
The ideal candidate will need to do the following major tasks:
1) Regularly maintain and update database on Microsoft Excel
2) Sending out messages and emails to leads and clients
3) Managing questions and queries that come from customers
4) Whatapp communication with leads
5) Followup calls to prospects for enrollment into our upcoming events
6) Payments related followup and tracking.
7) Post event followup messages and calls.
8) Competition information tracking
9) Managing appointments
We are looking for high-energy, positively minded people. Able to speak and write fluently in English is necessary. Should have access to a computer with internet connection and knowledge of Microsoft Office is needed. Ideal candidate should be comfortable in making calls and sending emails and messages.
This is a long-term requirement.
