Assistance creating Tableau Workbook

We want to create a reusable tableau workbook where we can compare 2 events to see how quickly they are booking up.
An example may be an annual event that takes place one year in November, and another year in October.
We would like to see two lines on a line chart, one on top of the other, irrespective of when in the year the event falls.
In the attached example, 0 is the week the event began, and the graph shows 0 -1 week, -2 weeks, -3 weeks etc.
