Jira expert - long term
We are looking for a long term partner to help us with jira configuration every now and then, and a bit more in the next few days.
Short term we look to hire you for 8 hours to start.
The tasks will vary over time, but these are the things we need help with short term:
- We currently have 2 project in our jira "1-twago marketplace" and "twago enterprise"
- Add these fields to all issues types in both projects:
-- Estimate (numeric)
-- Timespend (numeric)
- To the workflow of both projects add these statusses (do NOT change the boards): [url removed, login to view]
- Add these statusses to the corresponding columns in the board Marketplace development board new and Enterprise development board as much as you can (mistakes here are OK, just add the ones that make sense, i'll add the rest).
- Rename the project "1-twago marketplace" to twago marketplace and ensure the boards are still working and showing the same tickets.
- For both projects add these issue types:
-- Business Blocker
-- Technical Improvement
- Jira currently gives an error if i try to "simplify workflow" because of another workflow with a conflicting name. Please rename that conflicting workflow and make sure it didn't disturb any other project.
- Jira currently gives an error if i try to "add flag" in one of the 2 projects. Please add the missing field.
- rename the board "Marketplace Development Board (new)" to "twago marketplace (Development board)" without breaking it or breaking access to it.
- rename all the boards that start with "1-" to remove the "1-" part (if the name conflicts with another board, than append (old) behind the name.
- We would like to create a burndown graph that shows, per day, the total of the estimate field for all tickets that are not (in status "Ready to Release" or are marked as resolved). Is there a solution/addon that you can recommend for this?
