Windows Server 2003 Server Security

I need someone to check the security on my server.

My employee who was in charge of the server's security decided to hack into our own server last night. So I need someone to verify that there are no back doors put in place by him and ensure the server is completely secured.

This server is used for an online game which I had to shut down to get this security issue checked. I need some one ASAP that can check this out so I can get the game back online. I have hundreds of unhappy players while the game server is offline.

The server is Windows Server 2003, and I will provide the list of ports that are required to be open for the game. I run MSSQL 2008 Enterprise for the game's database.

I currently have 5 dedicated servers with several more to come in the future. If your work is exceptional on this job, I will be interested in continued work with you in keeping my servers secure. Especially since I just lost my security guy.
