NTFS $Secure parser

Parsing $SDS from $Secure (MFT Metafile) (OS: Windows).

Need to create a programm, which will find $Secure metafile and parse $SDS entries from raw data. For finding $SDS entries you need to:

1. Download Runtime Disk Explorer for NTFS.

2. Select any drive with NTFS. Click on NTFS.

3. Find $Secure file. Click on it.

4. Find $80 ($SDS). Click on Header.

5. Find Run List and click on offset (please find screenshot for reference).

I've attached also example with raw data (you can open it via Hex Editor) and example of results for $SDS.
