Help finish project using Arduino and Rpi 3 with node red.

I’m using a Rpi3 with node red and an arduino loaded with StandardFirmata.
I’m trying to use a thermocouple for accurate temp readings using the adafruit Max31855 chip. This chip uses the adafruit_max31855 library.
I am not familiar how to use use other libraries alongside StandardFirmata.
I would need to load the library and use 3 digital pins to read the thermocouple chip and get a reading then send the temp to an analog pin on same Arduino which will be read by node red flow.
