Automatic AdPoster

I want to have a software developed that would automate the daily process of placing ads on multiple accounts. These ads need to be posted on a daily basis without fail. So, I need something reliable and capable of placing these and also be expandable, so as I add more accounts, the software could easily handle those... up to almost infinite number of accounts.
