Twitter mass promotion

I have hired people in the past promising big results and all of them were not true to their word.

What I need is someone who can show me what they can do, one step at a time.

I do not want to get into ongoing deals initially and I want to pay once and see what your results are. If your efforts actually generate income, then I will continue using you for more efforts.

I have a client that needs to get the message out about their services but that message needs to reach very large numbers of people and not just collected using fake accounts and spamming.

Can you show me what you can do and if you can, this will lead to ongoing work.
