I need a simple server that can accept an SMS sent directly from a mobile. The server will save the SMS and all of its details to a database (MySQL). The same SMS will then get sent to an SMSC, or a special MMS will get sent to an MMSC. The contents of the MMS will come from the same database.
The architecture should be able to scale. The server should be developed using "free" software.
The server should be delivered with one month of start date.
