Troubleshooting Magento CE Payment, Checkout and Shopping Cart issues

Hi,

I need a Magento expert to help troubleshoot my Magento CE site. Here's the issues i have :

1) clicking on Checkout, the website returns "Server Error"

2) clicking on My Cart, the website returns "Server Error"

3) clicking on product's "Add to Cart", the website returns "Server Error"

4) Payment via Paypal and Moneybookers not enabled and untested.

All the above issues must be solved together with test payment online.
