Freshbooks API Modification

My needs are small. I already have my Freshbook account up and running. I use the automated invoicing to send out my invoices. I need 2 elements passed from my shopping cart (WordPress) that presently are not .... Size and Color.
I know this is not extremely difficult simply a matter of knowing and this is not a rewrite at all just a add. The variables are being passed from a WordPress plugin "Woocommerce."
