create xml sitemap for my website

Please create a sitemap for my website. It has about 500 pages. The important thing is that the video content is properly indexed. We have about 100-150 publicly accessible videos on the site. Some are hosted by us, some by youtube. It is important that the video content is indexed.
I have tried some tools already but for some reason they dont recognize the video content, so worst case, you will have to create the video data manually.
