Need eCom website designed

we need someone to design layout for website, something simple,

the website will have 2-3 main categories of products with 2-7 products in each section.

The website should have section to add articles, ecom processing, shiping calculations, Faq, sitemap, about products and some other pages like delivery section, about products, text page that will be added. should be seo friendly and updateable, payment via paypal set up.

need some one that quick and reliable, looking for some one to set up in joomla or oscommerace, will provide content for the pages and sitemap to the winning bidder.
