Proof of concept - Creation of HTML widget for iBooks Author

I am looking for some help from someone whom is experience with Apple languages and working with xcode.

My challenge is as follows:

I want to embed a piece of HTML code into iBooks Author. This is done via the usage of widgets and .wdgt file.

The code I want to implement is a survey from Survey Monkey.
