Salesforce Essentials - Implementation help

We are looking for assistance customising Salesforce Essentials for our business. For example, we would like to add some new fields, setup a ranking system of opportunities, setup a star system for accounts and then have desired information displayed on our dashboard. Once we have the intitial setup right there will be occassional ongoing assistance required to make sure we are getting the most from the Salesforce platform. In your reply please outline your experience with Salesforce Essentials and if you have any experience with third party software integrations with Salesforce. Thank you.
