Web scraping project for extracting data from a specifical website

My needs are:
- given a .xls file with a list of products, some details and their URLs, the software has go to those URLs and extract some additonal data like photos, descriptions and (if present) videos.
- the new data has to be merged with the starting data in new columns and exported in CSV
EDIT: if possible, the final tool has to be loadable on a website, not a desktop one
