QuantConnect Python strategy

Looking for a Quantconnect Consultant. I'm a python developer and trader but I am busy and need someone to help.

**** MUST have Quantconnect python experience !!!

The trading strategy I would like to automate is:

Every day, I would have a list of predefined US equities that I would like to short in three tranches.

1. Using the chart of yesterday’s session, find out the top four resistance level using a simple formula I will provide.

2. The top one (Stop) was the high of the day, the other three we call “a”, “b” and “c”.

3. Regarding opening the positions:

- Under the condition below, short “a” in 20% size:

* Before market open and after market open, in between 8:00am to 10:30am

* Spot price above VWAP indicator

- Under the condition below, short “b” in 30% size:

* After market open

* Spot price at upper band of VWAP

- Under the condition below, short “c” in 50% size:

* After market open

* Spot price 10% higher than upper band of VWAP but below Stop

4. Regarding closing the positions:

- Under the condition below, cover the position opened at “a” and “b”

* Spot price at lower band of VWAP

* Or at my specified time

* Or at the Stop (stopping out)

- Under the condition below, cover the position opened at “c”

* Spot price at VWAP if VWAP is up trending

* Or Spot price at lower band of VWAP if VWAP is down trending

* Or at my specified time

* Or at the Stop (stopping out)
