Parsons Entrepreneur Academy is looking for a marketing project manager to manage a complex and varied portfolio of creative projects (web, print, digital, video, social, etc.) that comprise integrated marketing campaigns. The role is part-time (up to 25 hours/week), 100% remote and can begin immediately. This role reports to the Marketing Director and liaises with Parsons Entrepreneur Academy teams and freelancers.
Parsons Entrepreneur Academy provides world-class online business training, mentoring, and networking opportunities for creative professionals looking to build a business around their art. Many creatives aren’t taught the business skills they need to successfully sell, promote, and form an audience around their art--but are eager to learn. We developed a unique system specifically for working creatives and entrepreneurs based on three pillars: courses, community, and mentoring.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure that projects are aligned with Parsons Entrepreneur Academy’s mission, vision, brand guidelines and strategic goals.
-Develop detailed project plans including; defining stakeholders, goals, requirements, timelines and communication standards
-Develop project tracking processes and documents using Project Management software
-Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, take notes, and follow-up with action items
-Act as a liaison between project teams to creatively manage and negotiate schedules
-Meet with team members, management, and stakeholders regularly to review project initiatives and the status of existing initiatives
-Organize and manage quality assurance reviews, user feedback sessions, and revision cycles and Document and mitigate project risks
-Measure project performance and identify areas for processes improvement
