Powerpoint and Articulate Presenter Slide Changes - repost

We are a safety training company that has recently expanded into the online training arena.

Requirements - Currently, we need a freelancer to make small, miscellaneous changes to Powerpoint slides built in tandem with Articulate Presenter. The slides are synchronized/animated with narrations. These changes will be done in two phases. We are not afraid to pay good money to the right person/company.

Phase 1:

Design - Change text size, position, and color(if necessary) to meet specifications laid out in the following format(see attached Word Document). Basically, we need text sizes, colors, positions, spacing, and alignment changed on most slides.

Phase 2:

Animation and Syncronization - Using Powerpoint and Articulate, recync narration(if necessary) so whatever paragraph the narrator is speaking about you must Fade In the paragraph. Basically, you are importing any .wavs and syncrhonizing them using Articulate Presenter to Fade In paragraph by paragraph following the narrator.

Payment - We will accept bids on a per slide basis. It should take you no longer than 5 minutes per slide to complete from start to finish(probably less than that). Your first section will be 22 slides as a test. Please bid on the completion of the section. We do not expect you to be perfect on your first attempt. What is important is that you minimize mistakes and that you communicate with me when you have questions or comments. I am available via chat Easter Standard Time from 830am to 830pm. We will do payment via Escrow. There is no limit to the number of sections you may do at any one time. If you can do 2,3,4,10 sections in a day you will be paid as we verify them.

If you complete it in a timely manner with hardly any mistakes you may join our team at which point you will have lots more work. We are not frugal and will pay extra to a hardworking individual who is committed to long term work in course development for us. This is just one section. We have a dozen courses with 20 or so sections each so there will be no shortage of work coming your way. All we ask is that you take the time to learn what we are looking for from a visual aspect. I've attached a Before and After powerpoint so you can see exactly what changes were made.

Required Software - You must have access to Powerpoint and Articulate Presenter.

Miscellaneous Notes - All files will be provided including narration files(.wav).
