Zen Cart Shipping Module changes

We currently have an existing modification to our shopping cart for shipping on items. In the database when an item is set to a 1 a flat rate is applied ($10 if order value is under $100 or 10% if it is over $100) or if an item is set to 2 then the calculations on the items are done based on the package size and weight and going out to the UPS website to get the calculated pricing. If a combination of the two item types are ordered then it adds up the items together. The module treats each change in part number as a new box, and this works just fine.
However, we need to add in 2 more options to these calculations.
Option "3" items would add actual shipping charges to the order if the value is less then $150. If over then the shipping charges would be free.
Option "4" items would be free shipping completely.
I have uploaded the shipping module here to look at what the current code is that we are working on. This should be a pretty easy job for an experienced PHP Zen Cart programmer.

All 4 options code has to be checked first with examples of products in zencart then accordingly i can custom code this in UPS but if i do then if you upgrade your zencart it iwll be an issue as you need to maintain th Lisää
