I am on the hunt for a dedicated, talented WordPress developer to join my team on a full-time basis. This role is crucial for keeping my web properties up-to-date, vibrant, and efficiently running. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Theme Customization:** Tailor themes to fit the unique needs of our brand, ensuring a clean and minimalist design that speaks to our audience.
- **Plugin Development:** Develop new plugins from scratch and customize existing ones to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- **Website Migration:** Seamlessly migrate websites without downtime, ensuring data integrity and website performance are maintained.
- **Website Maintenance:** Regularly update and maintain website functionality, fixing bugs and improving performance as needed.
- **Content Updates:** Keep the website fresh and engaging by timely updating the content, including blog posts, product listings, and multimedia elements.
- **SEO Optimization:** Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking across search engines.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Proficiency in PHP, Elementor, and WooCommerce is essential.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, including custom post types, custom fields, and taxonomies.
- Experience in responsive and mobile design, as well as cross-browser development and testing.
- Ability to write clean, readable, and well-documented code.
- Knowledge of best practices for website security.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to content management.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work on WordPress sites, highlighting custom theme development and plugin creation.
