wordpress help - add polylang plugin to wedsite - english and german (english and german speaker preferred)

i need the polylang app or similar added to my website

english and german buttons at top of all pages

the english side is complete.

i did install it but for some reason it will not add. so i need help with it as my wordpress skills are only intermediate.

small job for an experienced person i am sure!

also seems to be problem with pages only working if under homepage menu needs addressed also.
