I need a Senior wordpress expert for some URGENT tasks:

4- Footer text update:

5- Loading issues:
When the service pages is loading, it is first showing old images and other contents that are supposed to have been deleted.

6 - The current service structure is:
A-- Main Group Service ( EXPORT & MULTICHANNEL SERVICES)
B-----List of Services ( EXPORT MULTICHANNEL AUDIT /EXPORT AND MULTICHANNEL STRATEGY DESIGNING/ EXPORT MANAGEMENT)
C---------------Service detail page (One detailed page for each of the above services)
On the List of service page, example below

There is one banner on the top and then small images for the services.
For each Group Of services, i need you to suggest one banner with slight blurred effect
Within Each group, the same banner must be used (Cropped and with strong blur effect) on all the service withing that group. (Same on all services within a group).
In total, need 3 banners and one variation of each for the services

7 - Upsell blocks: ''You May Also like'' that is below the service detail page

8 – Tool page:
When landing on the page, add two blocks
9- When i switch to French or any other language, currently the navigation is not the same and all changes applied on homepage and other pages should be applied as well to all pages.

- Footer is broken, all links are not displayed, services are not the same, the button are not the same, social feed is not displayed....
and homepage in English:

Only the translation should be pending. Everything else must be the same as default english view for desktop and Mobile.
