My company is trying to figure out a solution to make our canned responses more efficient and caught on faster. We are an ISP and we do Whitelist Requests/AP Reboots for Hotel WiFi guests. While on the call we have to send a request to our tier 2 through Microsoft Teams, and most don't catch on because the notifications don't work half the time. That's why I stood out to find a resolution and to see if a developer can help create a program that pings the Tier 2 for a canned response. Files are attached, serious inquires only.
