Hello,
I want to create a website for my organization, the website will focus on only one thing and that is to handle different tasks that are related to our organizations economy.
So this is basically what I want:
- Homepage (with a shortcut to each function)
- Webpage with some information related to how we handle our economy.
- Function 1
- Function 2
- Function 3
So it will be 4 pages in total.
This is what kind of functions (they´re simple)
Function 1: (expense requisition)
Sometimes our employees have to pay some expenses for our organization with their own money. And then we need some information from them and they need to send a picture of the receipt.
So Basically I want function that can do the following:
- A form with the contact information and details to the account where we need to transfer the money.
- A function so you can attach files (read pictures of the receipts) and a comment.
I want comments for the attach files (pictures) + contact information from the form to be created into a pdf file that will send to a mail.
Function 2(travel expenses) :
Sometimes our employees need to use their own car and then we want to compensate them for the gas and the useage of the car.
What I need is a form that collects information that will become a pdf file that will be sent to a mail.
Function 3 (Compensation)
Sometimes we offer money compensation for some tasks that has been done by people. So I want a form that will automatically turn into a pdf file that will be sent to a mail.
So it is basically two easy functions and one little bit more complicated that I need help and I want all to be on one website.
