I need a web developer that can update the website's PHP and the wordpress theme's coding
Here is the theme's code that needs updating:

The website cannot fully load because of this. There is an infinite loading cycle going on and needs to be fixed. The hosting team told me that it is the wordpress theme and the PHP needs to be updated.
