I need a developer who knows how to modify PHPNuke...Specifically the calendar module.

I would like to have the calendar modified to display only events within a certain zip code range. The zip code will be based on the user that is logged in.

Additionally...The Admin will need to ability to make any event "global". Meaning that when set the event will appear in every calendar view regardless of the proximity of the user.

I decided to put a detailed requirements document up for all to see. Please review to be sure that your bid is indeed inline with the work. I will decide on this project this week.
