Timestamp needed to be put into script

I have a wp-property based wordpress site,running the child theme, and I require the ability to add a time stamp on a property page to show when the listing was last updated . The location of the timestamp is in the grasswp_post table and the post_date is the info I need to have displayed . And that particular timestamp has to be the same post_id that is being displayed on the page (that is located in the grasswp_postmeta). And a second timestamp would be needed for a overall indication for when the entire site was updated. This can be taken from the last cron that runs from the batch. Which I would like to be placed somewhere in the footer section where I have the disclaimer posted.
