Setup a raffle system with a already bought theme

Hi,
For our new product we need a raffle system. Atm we already bought a product thats offers almost everything, but we need some custom things done.
This is what it looks now atm:

As you can see the 'Start' button takes to long to load because some FB things get loaded... Facebook needs to be totally cut off inside this raffle system because we dont need it.

You will need to fill in your e-mail address en then click 'submit' to actaully signup to the raffle contest.
We also would like to have a panel in the backend of this raffle system where we can see the e-mail addresses who have signed up, and also a possibility to modify the outgoing mail after a user has signed up.
