I need a Script which downloads images from a url list (excel file) on my laptop in a folder.

Example url from excel:

[login to view URL]

While downloading the pictures the content in the excel file must be replaced automatically from

[login to view URL]

TO

[login to view URL]

The downloaded picture file must also be named like

[login to view URL]

There are pic urls which appear several times. In this case i just need the downloaded picture just 1 time, not several times.
