Openstack intgration with Laravel app

We require and experienced PHP Laravel developer with access to an Openstack environment(Devstack will be fine) that can extend our existing MVC based application to communicate with Openstack's various API's.
Our application is a web portal for managing virtual machines and cloud services, it currently has some basic functionality in place for talking to Openstack but we are looking to include much more functionality in our product to allow us to replace Horizon. You will be required to write the API calls, models and controllers that will make the API requests to Openstack to retrieve information from the various services(Nova, Neutron, Glance, Cinder etc) and return them back to the web UI.
Your tasks will also include developing the functionality of our application to execute operations against Openstack such as Creating a new VM, create a new router, modify security group rules etc.
To be successful you must have experience with using Openstack (Or similar) API's and show a good understanding of our requirements.

You will be required to operate fairly independently and will be given only high level directions, you will need to make decisions on the best way to achieve the desired result without explicit direction.
You will be working on a team with other freelancers and in house developers
The scope of this job will grow with time and the successful applicant will like be engaged on a regular basis for the next 12 months.
