Opencart modifications -- 2

Migrate my site from Opencart V1.5.6 to Opencart 2.0 with my extensions working.

>Journal theme changes:

- Admin facilities to change how some elements of header looks/appear without coding

- Search bar modification

- Admin facilities for CMS

- One page categories (ordered by most seen first)

- Search results page look and feel to show hotels like result

- Checkout page modification

>Website concept design:

- Add/design several pages including homepage modification

- Banners/promos/slides graphic design

>New extensions

- Vqmod/OcMod to show prices for diferents customer groups in homepage, product page

- Vqmod/OcMod to show a calendar for availability of products (hotels in this case)

- Vqmod/OcMod to show options price or show a contact form if product has not price availability

I think they are the general changes we want to do.

I have a max budget of 150 usd, i need an expert and a full time freelancer working in my project.
