opencart migration products and categories 1.49 to 2.1.0.2 and small tweaks to template

Hello All currently we need products / categories migration from a opencast system running 1.49. The migration needs to be migrated to a server running 2.1.0.2 and this version this already has a theme installed.
1.49 opencart server with products and categories > migration to opencart with template installed 2.1.0.2
The following needs to be done without any errors or speed issues. A thourough check and testing will be performed once products have been migrated.
Small tasks:
Task for is to display all vat on products
example:
excl vat £33
inc VaT £40
add facebook module on footer.
Add google map on contact page
Add instagram module on footer and header
Add a application form
Small height tweak on products
I need an expert who can do this quickly and has expert english in communications.
