Newfies Dialer Voicemail Detection Setup and Configuration.

This is a software specific project. I need someone who's an expert on Newfies dialer to do the setup for me. The software is completely installed and setup. All features are already working, the campaign is setup and tested as well.
There is one feature I need and it's not working. The voicemail detection feature. This feature and option is available and I'm able to use this option in the campaign, but it's not working correctly. Whenever the call hits the voicemail, the message will continue playing like it was calling a human.
The software is installed on a server with no cpanel, so eveything is done through the SSH and the web GUI.
Please do not bid on this project if you have not worked with Newfies dialer before.
I think $25-$50 should be sufficient for this project.
