New features and site cleanup

I have a project that I want to add new features on that require css / php / mysql knowledge. It is an admin portal that I would be interested in switching over to a new design also (I wrote the backend, its not joomla or anything like that). I wrote a mobile version also, but it is not integrated via responsive theme. It would be nice to have it be one site instead of having to code for 2 sites. I want to add an simple accounting module in into it where the customer can add/remove entries that would keep track of their checking account balance. Should be long term work, it is not constant, this would be a good side job here and there. I like to just add features here and there at a project price per feature.

In the pictures, I want the template to be wider to fit the screen that it is on, it only needs a little bit of the background to show on the edges. The yellow highlighted area needs cleaned up, it looks sloppy, I think that if a vehicle doesn't have an image it should display a default image to keep all the rows the same height. Then the data in the rows should look better. The sold drop down at the top is not lined up.

I wrote a financing system in it, that when you finance a new customer for 2 years with monthly payments, you have to manually add each months payment.
I would like you to be able to say starting on March 8th 2015, create payment of $200 for every month for 24 months. And it would create an entry for each one.

I would like a wysiwg editor embedded into the customers front end webpage where they can easily edit their own pages. Right now the text is stored in a php file for each customer, for each page. Not a good solution. I will want it converted to mysql database most likely.

I would like craigslist / ebay auction postings directly from the data in my system.

Among lots of other features.

We can break this up into stages, I will give much more detail explanation of what I need done before you begin. I have lots of work to do.
