Need Java based APP for SIM RACING

Hello, I am looking to have a Java Based App made for Sim Racing. This is for broadcasted online races using iRacing.com.

All the info you need to know about what I am looking for is in this link. Sim Racing Apps is currently what is used in most cases, but I want to see about customizing the look and feel, while using their Open sourced server and scripts. [login to view URL]
