We are looking for ultra-lightweight mobile website design & HTML code developed for a mobile-only Travel Destination Website.
The website is meant for offline content streaming over WiFi hence it must consume low bandwidth.
Functionalities on the website required:

- Destination Guide
* Places to See - listings w/ imp info (no separate pages - some listings may have a separate page)
* Things to do (listings w/ separate pages for more detailed content)
* Restuarant and Drinking
* Hotels
* Other information - Tour Guides/ Itineraries/ Bike Rentals
- Distance b/w location
- Quirky Facts about the destination (listicle)
- Everything to do in the destination (Page)
- Video Content (ads/ sponsored content)
- Lead Generation Form in some pages
Website is going to be very similar to In-flight Entertainment Systems that work over WiFi. The website should support all device formats from mobile phones to tablets.
The website later has to be developed into a lightweight CMS; for which ideas are welcome.
