We have a website template called rt_perihelion_j15 (Attachment image - CHECK SCREENSHOT 1)

1) What we want is clean re code of our template, CSS3 and HTML to be responsive on all tablets and all mobile phone devices.
2) We also want to enable only few modules on tablets and phones, not show all due to loads of data loading. On desktop this should show all. for example user 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 would not be shown on mobile devices or tables but only on desktops.
3) We want to keep the same website layout for desktop, so you should not mess with anything there - just fix up the coding to pass on Google Page Speed Test.
4) We want the template to pass and hit green light on Google Page Speed Test - on all pages for Desktop and Mobile - [url removed, login to view]
5) We also Use Jom Social, Kunena forum, hwdVideoShare, Aphacontent & J-Downloads. you will also need to make sure that these component are responsive and resize correctly to teh screen size. (basically you will need to edit 5 of these component template CSS / JS)
6) You will need to make sure you code a mobile friendly responsive menu
7) CSS3 Coding must be clean and work when compressed or minified
8) We will design a dummy of our website so you can work on that, after you will need to name all the files you edited and what files we need to upload to our server.
Please note that we want nice responsive coding, and need thew website to load fast and clean on mobile phones and tables.
