Bi-lingual Event Calendar

Hi Bidders,

I need a web event calendar developed using PHP and powered by MySQL. The calendar is viewed in current month to the public while they can browse to previous and next month.

I can manage events (add/edit/delete) from admin panel. It should be bi-lingual that is can show events in english if I am in english site and show arabic site when i am in arabic version of the site.

I need to call it within my php based site.

Western bidders will have an advantage.

Rest of info will be provided to the winner via email.
