Site is being developed using JOOMLA Content Managent System:
Please read and respond if you think you have the ability to work with with us on developing any of the follwoing items.
Also please submit a project price and estimated time period for development.
Items needed for project:
1. Authorize Net integrated signup process, for registered users.
2. Once account is created User can create up to 5 kid accounts with the following controls:
a) Web cam – view only, transmit or none.
b) Chat – read only or participate or none.
c) Random supervised monitoring – Police and approved. ADMIN can choose each or none.
d) Allow file transfer, block or send to ADMIN for approval.
e) Allow all or set to review for approval, all profile changes.
f) Provide child with “OPEN” status. This will allow the child to view all other children on the site with open accounts as well as those approved by Admins of both accounts. (Reporting on open accounts is set to level 1 (full reporting) Parents can decide to delete but as a safety feature, Open = Level 1.
3. Monitor Component and Module Development:
Monitors can:
a) View a list of all users including except Admin’s
b) Create a list of people to monitor.
c) Warn of possibly inappropriate behavior. (click button to notify ADMIN of questionable behavior)
d) Notify account ADMIN of inappropriate behavior.
e) If not an officer, notify an officer of possible predators.
f) Create a lure account and pose as a child under their own monitor account.
g) How to monitor to the monitors? Help needed..
1. Admin decide yes or no to receive direct notification from Monitor.
2. Copies of all monitor notifications will be permanently stored and tracked. (link to Monitor and Admin account)
3. Monitor can notify us direct or police if affiliated.
4. Needs to be a list of rules regulating what a monitor is allowed to report. (Contact suggesting certain types of meetings, sexually suggestive comments or questions.
