GENERAL
Set up a JomSocial-based website aimed at selling posted photos.
Work load is reduced by use of plug-ins (= not everything is to be developed, most of it is to be adapted from existing solutions).

DETAILS:
SETTING UP
- Set up Jomsocial on the server
- Create and set up the welcome page for users not logged in
GRAPHICS
- Give instructions to graphic designer
- Install theme and additional customized graphics,
CUSTOMIZATION GENERAL
- Change/rename functions (e.g. circles, buttons, like...)
- In users posts containing photos: Create button "Get certificate" and "Buy photo"
CUSTOMIZATION "CERTIFICATES"
- Pushing "get certificate" makes you purchase it; if necessary suggest and set up plug-in to manage the sale;
- Set up so that certificates cost x EUR payable with Paypal or AUP point (see plugins below)
- Once having paid in EUR or AUP points, users should get a certificate on their email; the certificate is a pdf with standard information and the photo attached
CUSTOMIZATION "BUY PHOTO"
- Create a new category of “site members”, called “buyer”
- Create a new Circle where users can publish photo that buyers may look at; buyers can only see that circle and the full public posts
- Buyers and users cannot be in direct contact (restrict contact)
- Pushing button "buy photo" sends inmail to admin
- set up dedicated ecommerce solution; suggest and set up plugin to manage the sale

- Install and configure plugin "paidmembership"
- Install and configure plugin "JRPassphrase"
- Install and configure plugin "Members Only"
- Install and configure plugin "InviteX"
- Install and configure plugins "Install Virtuamart, AlphaUserPoints and AUP
integration"
- Install and configure plugin "SocialAds"

DEVELOPMENT TERM
No need to rush: 3-5 months
PAYMENT:
60% upon milestones to be agreed (usually upon delivery of usable partial works)
40% upon final completion after positive test
