HTML5 video player with customized audio injection

Hi, I need a simple html5 video player that can load another sound when playing:

It will work this way:

Before playing video, there is a text field where you write your name. Once you write it you put GO and then the video starts playing.

If you write for example a name, lets say "Kevin" the player will search if there is a audio called kevin in a specific folder and play that sound in a specific time of the current video. If there is no name it will no play another sound.

So the video will say a custom name if the audio file exists every time someone puts a name and there is a match.

I need this today, this will be a prototype for an idea, I have a low budget of 15usd.
