Help with migrating a custom plugin

Hi, my client has a customer feedback plugin on his old wordpress site, and wants to use it on his new wordpress site.

I've set up the new site, which various standard features, but it is a custom plugin that I have transferred from his old site, and I can't get it working. I have no contact or access with the original developers.

He has his old site still working here:

You can see the green panel on the right, which is a panel that the feedback system can insert.

Basically the plugin is installed on the new site, but when it comes to working, it doesnt!

The problem is that when I moved the plugin to the new site I am making, its a custom plugin, I didnt make it, and Im not a wordpress expert when it comes to creating plugins. It only works partially on the new site.

There are various functions of the plugin:

allowing my client to send a reminder to their customers- to write a review

Then a link for the customers to submit their review. The link doesnt work. I can submit a review myself using the back end, but I cant find any way to approve or activate that review.

Also, the client is able to respond to customers reviews if they are not good.

I first of all need somebody to look at it and assess what needs done, and then do the work. Hopefully its just a bit of tweaking, its all there, but doesnt actually work! I could mess with it more but I dont have time :) Thanks - Malc
